Why Buy a Home in Lexington MA

Lexington MA Homeownership Perks
If you’re currently renting, why should you make the switch to homeownership in Lexington MA? As your Lexington real estate agent, allow me to lay out the pros of owning vs. renting:

1.  When you own, you build wealth. When you sell, you see much, all or more of the money you paid into the home. As a renter, you only build the wealth of your landlord.
2.  Your monthly payment is locked in with a mortgage. It’s likely to go up as a renter.
3.  You can customize your home as a homeowner. You’re limited with what you can do as a renter.
4.  You get to know your neighbors and get involved in the community. As a renter, people come and go, so neighbors are less likely to get to know one another.

There are many positive attributes of owning a Lexington home, these are just some! When ready to make the switch in the Lexington real estate market, contact me, your Lexington real estate agent!
